I am not entirely sure but the video is backdated and the program has updated many times based on upvote system changes.
The video is basic demonstration how things work [ done with test accounts ] but not truly perfect. BUT be assured that if you have correct account setups you will find every feature in the program working perfectly for you.

Proxy cost : we don't provide proxy. We make and support the program only.

The upvote function works and nobody has complained about it yet.
We can not recommend any proxy provider - yes, public proxy will work but you need good quality account.
