Action blocked

All of a sudden today I’ve been action blocked on Instagram for no reason. I don’t use any third party apps for likes and followers so they have me blocked for no reason. I changed my password several times as they told me too if i don’t want my account disabled and they still have me blocked. Has this happened to anyone and can someone help em get rid of it? Lifted, whatever. This is annoying. I tried to follow someone and they said it don’t expire until the 1st which is BS

I doubt you actually were able to contact a real person at instagram so whoever told you to do these things is not with them.

That said let your account rest and don't do anything with it for a few days. If you're action blocked it means you did too many actions in a short time span (probably on a new account). Let your account rest.

IG is very hard to understand what the fuck they are doing. My main account no issues, one day I forgot to turn off my computer and it got action blocked, rest one day it all working fine, second account, the oldest one, haven't used it in a while, botting it with very low settings, got action blocked none stop..Now I made an new account with the airplane mode shit, hooked it up to a proxy, now starting to bot it slowly, no issues at all

In your case, hard to say, could be anything, the place where you're from, maybe someone else used your photo's and they think you're a copy, too inactive, maybe a sexy photo someone reported, can't say anything about it really

IG is unpredicable this days. You may have a normal user account who is years old and gets blocked and other newly created that is botted who works just fine.

There is no certain diagnose of your problem.
Nobody knows for sure what's going on, including IG itself.

They’re just messing with the innocent because in this case i know i didn’t violate anything, I’ve been doing my normal routine when i go on Instagram for i don’t know how long now all of a sudden I’m blocked for no reason, like wtf. No third party apps connected, nothing of that sort

Means you're doing too much as a human & acting like you're somebody Trying to take advantage of the system

Slow down & start enjoying more feeds

Edit: I said it before and I'll say it again, it'll only get worse until 2021 president is sworn in.

No foreign social media engagement will be accepted to interfere in public debates (AI also will target mass action'ers)

Instagrams impression is Russians are sitting in an office with 5-10 phones and manually engaging and setting up arguments / interference.

So they'll be targeting those who do too many actions vs. how many views on posts

Cleaning up SMM panels / automation is just icing on the cake to show Congress during their next anti-trust meeting.

This way they can say "we cleaned up millions of automated accounts, and atleast 100,000 was confirmed to be from Russian/etc interference within politics" to avoid government regulations & apps being broken up

Then they'll cool it down again so us experienced users can rebuild, then they'll clean up again for quarterly earnings/predictions of new sign ups
