How these channels don't get copyright claim ?

Today i was surfing youtube and faced 3 different youtube motivation channel.They do not create video content or audio content. They take videos from movies,series and from another youtube channels who post motivational contents, and combine them with another audio speech which they do not create.

How does youtube allow monetization for them ?

I heard when you show yourself in the video while talking and showing movie scene in the same time or right after introcude it, there should be no problem.But with this way?

Hmmm.. i just saw the video, to be honest big channel's are always given high previlages/exception, because of high engagement in video i.e likes , comment and high watch time, big channels can do anything they want with help the fame/popularity.nowadays youtube is hard to predict chancee are as below

1.channel is not reviewed by youtube staff yet
2.may be in future his ypp will be suspended
3.he is using CC videos / or he has the permission to use
4. may be he is able to tweak youtube algo with pro editing
5. chances are the video owner do not bother about there own videos anymore

I'd say this is a case of someone thinking that it's "remix" and therefore fair use. If you disagree with this, report the video to youtube. All three might be the same person hedging their bets by making multiple channels.

His a big channel so rules dont apply to him only small youtubers get punished..

those channels fall under youtube's fair use - remix combines short excerpts from different source materials and creates a new message about motivation (on the above channels). Works that create new meaning for the source material may be considered fair use.
