I've have tried automating posting to groups and comments plenty of times and I can tell you it's almost impossible to get away with it on Facebook without getting banned very fast. You have the ability to schedule posts now on pages and groups which is helpful though.

I swear by Buffer. I have my Facebook page, group, IG, Twitter, and Pinterest all hooked up. So all I do is fill my queue with content and it automatically posts everything out to all my socials during peak traffic times. They have a decent free plan but I have upgraded

I see, It's expensive af though. Why not use jarvee? it's cheaper and it probably has way more features than the one you mentioned

Buffer offers just about the same features for $15 per month. Jarvee is $29
