Dropshipping JV WANTED

I have a great store that is currently sitting dormant, as I have no time to continue working on it full time, because of other projects.

I am looking for a JV partner 70/30 to start with, and I am willing to go to 50/50 as long as your contribution is worth it.

What I bring to the Table:

• Unlimited funding, as long as it gives positive ROI
  
• A fully functioning/tested/clean, aged 6 letter domain Branded Store, with great 3-4x margins on products, all from single trusted vendor (100+ products on store, on 6 related niches)
• Multiple close related niches to cross-sell, upsell, etc. - Fitness, Running, Outdoor, Travel, Camping etc.
• Fully Branded Instagram 7k followers, and FB 0 followers
• Have scraped huge list of IG niche influencers, already prepared affiliate program, and some sales/product videos
• I will fully handle all site-related operations - orders, store improvements, from technical side.

Looking for long term JV partner, strong marketing person, who can handle those tasks, and others:

• IG account handling, growing, viral marketing campaigns, engagement with followers. (Will provide Followliker)
• Work with IG influencers/affiliates (50/50)
• Professional Video Ad creation (Have Filmora9/Wave.video), or outsourcing, for IG/FB, paid/viral AD campaigns (Have Ideas Ready for Viral stuff)
• Email marketing
  
• Customer Support (50/50)
• FB/IG paid ad campaign management
• Adding new vendor-provided products to store, improving default bad descriptions
• Hunting niche trendy products, adding good descriptions, creating viral videos
• ... As we grow, will decide on whats needs to be done together.

Previous experience, or proven capabilities to take care of those tasks - is a must, I am not looking to work with someone who is looking at this JV as free playground opportunity for trying out DS, on my expense!

Most influencers charge money up front and don't work on commission basis. Will you provide funding for that?

Ummm sorry, I guess i need to understand how people prove credibility to another person. I have nothing to hide and I didn't think that was an issue. In the meantime......... Any advice on selling high end designer items that I can get at 70 to 80% off and then sellon a shopify store? I was even thinking of posting an item thats on sale that i know is available to see how much interest there would be. If someone made the purchase I would then have to turn around and purchase from the store? Assuming its not wildly popular and I get in over my head? Anyone see an issue I don't forsee? Thanks in advance.
