Backlinks when website is still under construction ?

Hello,

I plan to build a new site (on wp), and i would like to know if building backlinks when the site are under construction is a good thing. Most backlinks will be profils, blog comments, and forum (only with good DA, and low spam index).
The website is not index on google but link on the search console / analytics.
Does it make sense to build backlinks before the launch (in fews month) to gain some traction when is index?

If Google's manual reviewers visit your site and it's not done and you have links, they'll destroy it.

Well if your site is under construction you can build baclinks for your website domain,if other pages of website are not setup yet.must have some homepage with content,

Well, its not good and safe.

We always suggest our clients that start link building once site starts receiving some traffic.

Check the site whether the target link got indexed then start SEO.

Dripfeed them. Don't push them much. If you do, you will lose everything.

I doubt it's unheard of for a website under construction to have a few links. But seeing as you're getting spammy links, I'd wait until it's built.
