What legit links / pbn ratio maintain

hello! I wanted an adivice... I’m planning of build links on my blog with a ratio of 75% legit links - 25% PBNs ... what do you think?

It’s safe enough?
Should I consider the ratio across all site or page to page?

How old is your blog site? and DR?

Something like one year old, a bit more.

DR is between 0-5

About PBN I was talking about something decent like the Narcos Network, I heard that it’s pretty good.

I was planning to start with the legit links, than add 10 pbn links when they where 25% of the total.
