I want to sell things but for accept money direct on my paypal account I need to upgrade to business paypal and for upgrade to business paypal I need to registration company, and for first 1-2months I dont want registration company. Is there some service which can accept paypal payment and then I transfer money on my bank account? or i think about maybe buy business account is that possible?

You can also use personal PayPal account to receive, send and withdraw payments to your bank or by cheque.

If you use woocomerce instead of shopify etc, you do not need a business account and you can provide just the email.

they have strict policy what is legal to sell? they take some % for each sell?

I don't know about that, I think you can do that like by creating payment invoice or payment buttons.

PayPal is the company who have polices in place as to what you sell, there the payment gateway.
