Hello I recently relocated to bigger city to get a job as a developer.
I don't know anyone there.
I'm 21 years old, my co-wrokersare are 30 and above.
I want to find people 19-30 years old people with wich I can hang out with because I'm getting crazy alone!
Any cool ideas?

30+ are way more fun to hang out with :)

What are the 19 yearolds going to want to do, go drinking and hooking up with people....Boring!

Only kidding OP, IM can be lonely sometimes, join a gym or join some night classes.

I don't want friends just for getting drunk or hooking up but for a walk and a little chit-chat cause I'm getting crazy alone at the apartment after work.

You need to put yourself in a position to meet new people, and first interactions will not make you friends.

All you need is meeting a bunch of people to be able to find those you wanna spend more time with.

So, go to clubs and events you like to start those first interactions, even if they are not going to become your friends, there's always the possibility of getting to know new people from their group of friends, making the chances of finding people you get along with much higher.

Don't find friends. Behave cool. Friends will find you then.

He has a point.

They will end up coming to you naturally and forcing it can put yourself with stupid people.

Conclusion: Be socially active and you'll find them in a way or another.

You are right, I need to come up with a way to put myself in a position to meet new people. I'll think where I can do it but if anyone has an idea I'm open.

Better with Facebook.

Find some friends by the searching with street or local area details

Are you into sport?
Get yourself down to a local bar when there's a football match on or some other sport and it's so easy to get chatting to folk there. Have a couple of beers, make conversation, get their name and next time you're in the bar say " Hiya xxxx " and if they're back there on their own, offer to buy them a drink.

Even better sign up for an evening class. That's an easy option too.

The interweb has killed of the art of conversation and meeting new people. Same applies to dating, too many rely on the web.

Well..

You got two options..
1) Make friends with the existing employees. It's kinda sad to hear that 30+ year old people are not worth becoming friends with, as I belong to that age group too. We aren't that bad lol.
2) Refer people of your age. Companies usually love getting good resources. If you have a friend who is crazily good, this is the perfect time to introduce him/her to your company.

Pro tip: There's life beyond your work place. Get out a little, may be.

Conferences, networking events, various clubs, etc. Get outside your comfort zone, smile widely and introduce yourself.

Goodluck! ;)

Dude if you play CS:GO, you are welcome to join our team lol
I'll get my work laptop the next night and I'll wait for you to message me or add me on skype: winofficially

The 30+ employees already have families and don't want to hang out after work 9 out of 10 times.
I will ask a friend if he wans to get a job at my company.
And you said: Get out but I don't know where to go I'm still researching the city and area I'm from 1 week there.

What are other things you do for fun after day’s work ?
Well, for one; we have a gym, swimming pool and a games room on our apartment terrece. :D Not only does it help relaxing, but we also get chance to talk to the other members of the society. In the weekend, usually plan something out like going to a friend's house..etc..

A laptop? You need a battle station for CSGO lol! For sure man, I'll hit you up.

On a serious note, you do need outside contact aka being away from your computer. Gyms, classes, hobby clubs, or even a church (not necessarily for religious purposes, but simply to talk to people and socialize - sometimes talking to people is all you need, no matter the subject).

Hey, you’re not lying my man. Some 30+ are already hitting mid-life crisis and are way cooler to be around because not only do they have money, but they wanna do stuff with it.
