Platform (or websites) that shows services that have referral systems

Hey there,

I have a question:

Maybe you guys do know a platform or website where you can find list of legit products/services that have referral systems?

So for example video animation agency that haves referral system, if you get them clients, you get some sort of percentage or fixed amount of money for that client.

There are a bunch of forums, even a few search engines that return aggregated results from sites like CJ.

I am looking for more of a custom platform, maybe there are chat groups or something like that, where there are smaller agencies, that do quality work.
I am stuck in between low quality services and corporate agencies, can't find those that in my eyes provide quality.
