Got one of his plans, blazing fast setup and web hosting, one of the best datacenters in Eastern Europe and great support. Will update for more detailed experience in the future.

10/10 so far.

I want to test your shared hosting package. It makes payment the monthly payment of $1.2 -- which is not allowed by your CC payment processor

So couldn't do it

I am sorry for this situation, but because the payment processor do not allow such small transactions you can pay by other means like cryptos if you want.

Hey man,
I paid via Bitcoin around 3 days ago.
Now I asked for refund.
I got it, but you refunded me with credits on your site.
Those are useless to me and I asked for refund in Bitcoin.
Answer from support:
"Sir btc prices are so unstable how its possible to refund via btc

If there is anything else we can assist you with please let us know.
Regards"

lol. I don't know what to say.
I opened another ticket with Billing.
Hopefully this gets resolved.

Refund Policy:
We have 7 days refund policy for shared hosting and VPS, We do not offer partial refunds, No refunds will be offered if your account got suspended due to violation of terms of services.
So I got my Bitcoin Refund now.
I paid x Amount of BTC and got refunded y Amount of BTC (because Dollar-Price rose).
Okay you measure it with Dollars.
But to me this isn't a full refund.
Whatever, it's a few dollars...

Edit: Even at the current exchange rate I wasn't refunded fully...

No paypal?

Unfortunately no we are not receiving payments from paypal for now

What are your uptime scores and server reliability? Specifically for shared hosting
Our Uptime is 98% but instead of asking us directly i suggest you to ask the users of the forum who are using our services, by opening a thread in web hosting forum

you have been refunded fully via credit, which you agreed on ticket first then you ask for refund in bitcoin,
Please note that we are using third party gateway to receive the bitcoin and alt coins payments, they deduct % on every transaction which is not refundable by us,
as far as i checked the transactions you only get a difference of 1$ max,1$ can still be credited to your account for future purchases if you want, we cannot refund what we never receive, i am really sorry for that

It's okay, I figured exchange rates and network fees could be an issue.

Also: Yes, I agreed to refund for credits, because of language limitations.
But the exchange with support seemed a little fishy.
Especially asking me 'How to refund in BTC?'
Why am I being asked how you should operate your refunds?
Seemed like support tried to manipulate me.
Sorry, but that is the vibe I got.
Doesn't have to be the case.
Could have really just been ignorance.

Anyways, I got a refund.
I'm okay with this.
Could have been worse.
(Not sure if it would have been, if I didn't post here.)

Seems fair to me (I wasn't the one who paid for it so I can understand his concern too)

Is there any provided CDN or reccomended CDN for your network? (Assuming we're trying to still avoid DMCA...)

Am trying to make payment for share hosting using my card but your site says its too low. I only have access to cards only. Can you pls allow me. My email is [email protected]

Not that i am aware of but people mostly used cloudflare and bunnycdn both are not offshore they just proxify the sites,

Do you allow registration through VPN for bitcoin orders ( i.e. orders paid with bitcoins)?
Yes you can

Best option is to create an invoice for funds from your account and credit some balance to your account, then you can pay the invoice which has low outstanding.

why no paypal?
Due to many reasons.

They don't accept paypal
Yes right we dont, thank you for your update
