(high-risk) Merchant Account outside EU

Hi,

For my San Marino company (which is outside the European Union) I am looking for a merchant account. My website is an adult website and will probably be labeled as 'high-risk' due to the business I'm in and the potentially higher chargebacks.

Does anyone know any reliable, trustworthy and preferrably reasonable priced payment service providers that can hook me up with a merchant account?
