Depending on how good i optimize my thumbnail around 1-5k per video. If it's a really good one maybe around 10-15k

instant ranking still works, just take a look for yourself, take your main keyword seed, expend it to a list of 10 search terms (use the suggestions on YouTube search box)
now go incognito and search those terms on YouTube, what do you see? what kind of videos are on top? analyse the first 5 videos you see on each search, what they have in common?
YouTube did changed some stuff but you can see the pattern...

I'm also trying hard but so far no success in ranking my videos. It started in May 2019 when all went to hell. Since then I couldn't find a successful solution for ranking.

No, ranking on Youtube nowadays is worse than it ever was before. Even if I get lucky and rank, it only lasts for a few hours / 1 day then rank drops.
All YT views are shit right now. If you rank, it's only because of pure luck. Your best chance is uploading shit tons of videos daily and pray some of them will rank

Yes, I am ranking. I don't use shitty bots.
Create quality content, over the years I know how to play the game. I've been in it for so long I feel old. Site structure, platform, hosting etc and much more are basic. It is kind of impossible not to be able to rank a site if you know what you are doing.
Links, let's be honest we all buy to some extent unless we have a fantastic journalist as a team member.
Also, there is no get rich quick scheme. Long are the days of EMD and volume anchors.
If anyone cares to post their sites - I am happy to answer as to why they don't rank, this includes youtube too, please someone else help me too.

I think it's logic what you say! but still hard with no HR views imo because of keywords difficulty levels!

anyway the best way to do instant ranking in 2019 is with live-streaming, but since some noobs here suspect that i try to sell them something i will just put it here,

I am able to rank on 3rd position with livestreaming method. But not getting subs lol.

Did you send livestreaming views? Or do you managed to rank only by live streaming your video.
I don't send any views, I started my stream and leave it for few hours my streaming is in 3rd position for my targeted keyword. I tried this multiple times every time I see the same output.

Yes I can see getting lower numbers of reach on YouTube. Music niche. The content is mine, not copyrighted or so - no ranking or very very low. It flooded with LQ content, what do you expect? I think they made their bots to see every content as LQ until some amount of engagement after some amount of time from upload. Dunno tbh, maybe here's some experts who could explain more deeply.
I want to give a try by sending some live visitors but not sure whether it works. I feared of shadow ban I know If I fear I wont achieve anything.
