Web Hosting on Godaddy for PBN

Hi All. I am just starting to do PBN for my client. Is it safe for me to use 1 GoDaddy account,managing sign up for few domain & it's hosting or do I need to open few GoDaddy accounts or any legit way in getting this started?
Btw is GoDaddy good or Namecheap would you suggest?

no its not, go for offshore hosting,

But you can also check bigrock hoating also. It is very cheap an good hosting providers
