Unable to use my unfollow app

So for the last couple of days, I’ve been trying to use my unfollow app to unfollow the ppl that’s not following me back and every time i try it’s not working, so I’ve been having to go on Instagram and do it one by one. I would even try a different unfollow app and it still would do the same thing(wouldn’t work).. so can somebody pls tell me why this is happening why i can’t unfollow on my unfollow app. Because honestly doing it one by one takes forever

I've heard of this happening to others. My best guess is IG is cracking down on using third party apps to grind the follow unfollow method.

I know you said you tried another one and still didn't work but there are lots of decent apps that can do this so maybe try a few more, you may end up finding one that works. Good luck!

Ugh bruh that’s stupid af. Unfollowing one by one takes forever. I’ve literally tried about 3,4 apps still doing the same thing, it would show the ppl not following me back but then when i click unfollow it wouldn’t unfollow.
