Need a bot creator, willing to pay $250, starting ASAP

I'm starting a new venture, instagram isn't as great as it used to be and I want to make money on another platform. Looking for someone who could code an application that accepts proxies, can manage multiple accounts at once (similar to Jarvee), etc.

MUST speak decent english, and be able to communicate FAST. I am willing to pay a stipend every month after the bot is created for updates, tweaks, and a way to say thank you for being apart of the team as well! Please if this is a job you can do well, contact me ASAP. I have a document with all the further requirements I can forward to you. You won't get something similar to jarvee for another social site at $250 budget. Just to give you a bigger picture - I had a client who wanted Jarvee clone and offered $5k one time + extra money for updates and I said no.
Such bot creation is a full-time job for one programmer or more, and every programmer can get easily $1.5-2k/month job these days so unless you have a serious budget to hire serious programmer better stay away because you will end with crappy software that won't work as expected.
Just my 2 cents.
