I created an Instagram for my fetish site a few days ago and was wondering if Instagram will delete my acocunt if I put the website link in my bio?
The site does not contain any nudity, it is just videos of girls doing dirty talk, so I am not sure whether it is allowed to post the link on Instagram.

But the shortened link will still redirect to the same site, so is the content okay? Or is it just that Instagram won't detect the link that easily when it is shortened?

I think you need to check how others are doing it in the same niche there. Another option is cloaking.

But even if I cloak it, isn't there still a small chance for the account to get shadow banned, if any IG employee notices it?

As long as they only show their butt it is okay afaik, seeing lots of popular girls with 1m+ doing that
But when it comes to girls who are completely naked, I think IG just cannot catch all of them, as there are too many of them, but most of them will get banned sooner or later
