I haven't used it in ages, but from what I read online senuke is no longer relevant. It will most likely penalize your site more than anything.

The last time I used this tool, everything is the same on the tool itself - just that the postable site links do get updated every now and then through the new version of the tool. The tool still doesn't do massive link building too well - somehow it generates error every now and then after XX hours of use or posting to XX amount of sites (could be some site coding error as well).
