It can work. Adsense in the pregnancy niche is actually pretty high CPC wise.

You can try it...lots of topics, I am also concerned these topics for my wife now is in pregnancy (at 16 weeks)

My Friend runs a pregnancy blog. She gets around 400 visitors daily (Mostly to be dads). The blog makes good money.
Its targeting to be dads mostly. How they should care for the wife etc. It can be scaled to include more info targeting females too. Depends what keywords you target really. It's an awesome niche though

I won't lie but it can be difficult af.
Every big site covers this topic as this is something they don't want and want to caution people about it.
i don't know it will work or not
but i will do this work.i have a very small shop of computer printing.
1 PC, 1 color printer, 1 black printer. and i can spend 5-6 hours easily on this work.
Hope i will get 200-300 unique visitors daily in coming months.
i already sell few websites from various platforms, hope if i get good visitors. i will sell this too.
