First thing if you dont know how to code in html and php dont install nulled themes, scripts, or plugins. Thats usually the source of problems.

always keep your scripts and software versions up to date and imunify360 does a very good job at pro-active malware scanning, detection and deletion, though always keep an offsite backup too, stilll I would recommend imunify360 as they keep updating their code for new malware and viruses too, and it does a very good job at cleaning and removing the viruses and malwares.
