Just got the site migrated to my server today.Here is my overall assessment of the seller and the transfer process:

1.Communication - 5/5
The seller maintained good communication right throughout and answered each and every question.

2.Verification - 5/5
The seller provided search console/analytics/partnerdash access for pre verification.Each site shown to me was indeed included in Google New and had articles indexed.

3.Domain Names - 5/5
The seller has an excellent inventory with all the names being very marketable.Unique brand names generally go a long way in establishing your authority as an information source particularly in news.Each domain name had exactly the same stats as advertised by the seller.

4.Transfer Process - 5/5
The whole transfer process lasted minutes with the domain being pushed into my account upon payment and site files provided.The seller has Wordpress as the backend which is easy to use.

Overall I am very satisfied with the quality and service level of the seller and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into news.

I did not check revenue or traffic as that is really part of what one does when actually purchasing the sites.

All of the sites had a bunch of stories in Google News and all of them looked professionally done.

If you do not know having a site that is in Google news can get massive traffic if you hit the right stories and have the right headlines.

They are also great if you are a link seller as you can offer a story on Google news to your buyers.
