I don't think the SERP boost was because of these links then. Links need to be indexed in order to provide rankings boost (and it usually takes a month or so to get the effect).

@SEO Controller What is the average index ratio for the highest package? Also, how long for the links to get indexed?

I said "ALL LINKS ARE YET" to be indexed, which means some links are already indexed.
