Do some research about adult sites, with adult sites is quite easy to hit 10 USD per day if you put the right twist on it.

Go to the My Journey Discussions forum and spend 2-3 hours a day reading the threads there + researching for a week or two. Then take action for 5-6 hours a day and you'll have your 10 bucks daily in a month. But based on your posting style, I don't think the chances of you doing any of that are high.

Damn, man. There are plenty methods on how to make that kind of money. Even if anyone spoon-feed you here, I can bet you will not take any consistent actions towards that kind of goal. So chill, it's not easy, take your time and start do something.
Such a charity site doesn't exist, because it goes against basic economics.

Some gaming related site can get you some cash, idk maybe some grey-ish type of website like sharing cd-keys for games(you can find lots of them on the internet) but you need some investment for offshore domain + host so yeah if you can afford that, then it will not be too hard, you can use ad networks such as popads or popcash to monetize traffic.
