I will try my best to share this idea, maybe its an old idea im not sur but iam posting .may be some BHW champions give suggestion on that to make it better,
I am working on my idea outsourcing on LinkedIn, I have 8 different LinkedIn accounts with 5000 connections in each plus joined related groups as well. Monetized my traffic with each simple 1 page blog offering services mentioned below,
What I basically do
I just searched few websites on the internet which has best customers experience in past buying their services and iam reselling their services by keeping 5% to 10% margin in each service, I keep posting on my all accounts accordingly,getting at least 5 people in each account chat everyday,asking for services,so the ratio is out of 5 I got 1 customer agree to purchase offer,so in total you can say I am making 10 customers in 24 hours ,to sell services,it takes too much time to chat with them and make them agree but I'm on it always

LinkedIn Account #2=Forex Emails
LinkedIn Account #3=Forex Leads
LinkedIn Account #4=YouTube subscribers

Well account name doesn't matter , you can create account by person name even, All you need to join groups and connections of niche which you are promoting , but always make catchy post like offering something, with interested titles like , limited time offer OR %50 discount for first 10 customers etc

The fastest way is probably inviting people that LinkedIn itself suggests you. Regarding the ban avoidance - make your profile look complete and real (picture, current and past jobs, education etc).
