Hello, I was reading almost every your thread and you are my inspiration bro. You giving value to other people just for free which is amazing!
I'm having this question so If you find a time to answer it I would be grateful

1. I'm 18 years old student and I'm building my very first niche site which I plan to monetize with affiliate marketing. First of all, I'm not native English so I think I can't write some very good content which would be ranking on Google. That's why I'm able to publish only 3-4 articles from copywriters monthly because I don't have currently resources to invest in more articles monthly. Do you think it's still productive for a website? I heard some people are publishing like a crazy 1 article daily so I'm asking myself, is it worth it?

2. My older brothers laughed at my idea because they told me that I need to pour at least 2K dollars into the website to start it earning, but I want to prove them wrong so bad.. I want to build an authority website so I can see some traffic coming and income from it. Do you think it's possible with the resources I have?

3. When I should start publishing content? Should I prepare at least 10-20 articles from the beginning or start publishing 1 by 1 every week?

I'm not OP but I'll still answer you.

If you are a beginner I would suggest that you start writing your articles. Your English looks good enough so you can write decent content. Use the help of Grammarly for mistakes and with proper research you will definitely be able to write good articles.

That way you will also save money and will help to prove your brother wrong

About the 3rd point I don't know if that matters too much. Haven't noticed a significant difference.

I have the same problem as you, I'm not native and I wanna start my first amazon affiliate website as well.
And like your brothers said the content is expensive and I don't have the budget for it.

I think I'm gonna take @yesofcourse advice as well and start writing my own articles.

I probably missed this, did you make your homepage in form of a static post and build links to that or it's just a normal homepage with posts?

I've read some blogs in the past that suggests having a static homepage with a very long article. I wanna be sure if that's still the deal in 2019

Hi, thanks for this nice journey, really interesting. I have a few questions if you don't mind:

1. How many total articles does your site have now?

2. How do you manage the publishing and editing of the articles? For me this is the biggest thing which slows me down. Because after I get article from writer I then need to edit through to fix mistakes, format it well, add in some secondary keywords where necessary, find relevant photos to add which are not copyright, figure out other inner pages I can link to, and also figure out what other pages I can link back to this one. All of this takes much time and I feel like should hire someone to edit/publish but can't trust they will do a good job like I would or care enough. Also don't want to spend a fortune just getting articles published so for now I 'm stuck doing it myself.

3. Do you have any examples of how you are setting up your silos exactly? What do your URLs look like? It is something like domain. com/category/health/a-post-about-health?

1) total articles = 76 (25 info 25 best rest reviews and comparisons)

2) I have VAs for publishing and I have a guide for my VAs which they follow for internal linking and editing the content.

/Body/how to get rid of pimples on the neck
/Face/best-face-wash

Not my niche (but it's the most basic silo example that I use)

Link how many post your site have, avg. number of words/article, number of reffering domains

76, avg number is around 1500 words (some are over 4000 words too), 450+ Rd now (most are good domains).

1) if you're passionate enough you can write your own content. I love to write sometimes, I publish big blog posts on my site when I wish to write. They usually make better money too

2) I have made $1000/m by investing just $1000 and have made $50 per month by investing $5000+. Comes down to the keywords you choose and how much efforts you put in to rank them.

3) I publish 10-15 posts in a day or two then start posting 3 posts per week (mostly). Depends on the size of niche and everything else too

Find bad sites and then beat them (niche research is more important for me)

I have a pad with over 300 bad sites in so many niches. So I can start making sites when i am bored

What are the guides (except those few links you provided earlier in the thread) you think would be newbie friendly and beneficial??

Do you suggest starting with a big (ambitious) project, or starting something small, and work my way up learning on cheaper mistakes (projects) and building/selling smaller sites first??

Difficult to keep this updated as I am working a few new clients and thinking how to push them up.

Most are in very difficult market. Where the competition is cut throat.

I am assessing a lot of sites for SEO strategies.
I see that people are still buying sitewide links, sape and spammy links to rank well.

I don't have 100% data but I do have ahrefs and semrush to assess.

We usually make a mistake of assessing the market wrong.

I think I assessed this site's market wrong. It's not as big as I though it is.

So I will be add unconventional products on the site and keep growing the amount of information I am giving to the users.

Hire someone who knows how to read properly, has little knowledge about SEO. Train them what to do by sending your own video doing it or writing it clearly.

Most people with SEO knowledge will follow their own way and most of the times it's not your way. So there are a lot of confusion and you end up doing more work.

I will recommend you to start a scalable project!
Like start a project by finding low competition keywords then build up.

I will recommend to go on Reddit and search "just start"

I read a lot of case studies and opened my own to get going as an affiliate marketer. Bhw journeys are similar but more blackhat.
I share blackhat stories here and whitehat there.

You will get more ideas and golden nuggets on bhw than on Reddit.
You will find more real businesses scaling and sharing on Reddit than here.

Everything has its Pros and Cons.

I'm not the author of the post but I have a similar system in place.
Every article area has a checklist with ~15 tasks, which the VA has to cross off. That way I know nothing's gonna be lost.
