How long does a follow block last?

Been manually following competitor's followers but as of two days ago I've been getting hit with an Action Block whenever I try to follow. This also doesnt let me follow anyone back. Was just wondering if anyone has an idea of how long these last? For context, the account is 7 years old and I use it manually very often.

Yes, had been using it both for the last week before. Before that never.


Still allows me to like posts and comment and everything else, not shadowbanned either.

Do you run it with proxy?

Nope no proxy. This is just a single personal account I've been working on.
(however, theres one router in my house that has a VPN installed on it) not sure if that affects anything.

No, it shouldn't be the reason. Well, i would suggest to not performing any action for a while and maybe view some stories.
