Help: Find out When Articles are Posted?

Hi guys,
I am on a certain freelance website (zerys) and am having a hard time grabbing articles on the dashboard as they are dropped and picked up faster than lightening.
Is there a way (or tool) that can alert me whenever there are articles on the dashboard or pick them up for me?

Never heard of zerys until now. Are these articles written and then sold or do you order the content on the subject you want from writers on there?
