I didn't own a ton of domains with sh*itty backlinks, but a few of curated content blogs. It's not what we consider a PBN, but technically it is. Blogs rank in the same niche and for similar kw.

Normally for every website, I'd submit sitemap to google console and put analitycs code. I don't want to mess with different google accounts, but I'd like to ANONYMIZE more the fact that I'm the owner.

So instead of google analytics I'll put other stats plugin (there are more on wordpress market).

My doubt is about GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE. Is it possible to rank good without submitting the xml to google? Should I put xml on my site however, without inserting it on google?

Totally, but if your site doesn't have too many backlinks, a sitemap can help google crawl your site faster in the short-term. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it in 2019. Submitting a sitemap won't change your existing rankings.

I often happens automatically after some time of your site is getting traffic.

Point is I'm planning to link from my site A (good authority) to my site B to gain authority.

If both are in google console it's a risk? If A is in google console and B is completely unlinked (no analytics, no google console) will be better?

when using the same search console account for multiple sites, if site A gets a manual penalty, generally they check the other websites within the same account. i suggest using multiple accounts.

up to my experience if you don't link your website to webmaster tools account the website won't get indexed easily. you need lots of backlinks to force google to index the pages.

I think you will have no issue if both are in Google Console but you need to put them in different Google accounts for Webmasters tool and analytics etc.. This is natural and Google will think it as natural as well.
