Shadowban lifted BUT losing followers

So, after about 1 month, my shadowban (where I wasn't allowed to follow anybody) was FINALLY lifted (this was about 2 weeks ago). When my shadowban happened, I lost around 100 followers.

BUT, about a week ago, I noticed I kept losing. And now, I've lost total of about 200 followers (out of about 12K.

Note: after the shadowban was lifted, I mostly haven't been following people. Today I followed about 3 people since I'm down to 12097 and want to get it back up to, at least 12.1K.

I've been posting every day. A combo of videos and pics and have, mostly, the same type of engagement. Some posts get a lot of comments, some don't.

What's going on? Why am I losing followers? And how do I keep them?

Maybe. Good point. And maybe I didn't notice losing followers before since I was using Follow Liker so I always was losing followers but mostly adding them.

I'm too scared to start using Follow Liker again after this Shadowban. And, it's tough to decide who to follow (was thinking of following around 10 new people per day, roughly).

Any suggestions on how to get more followers (aside from better content which, I hope, I've got covered)?

I would start using the bot with very low settings (after changing the older proxy). To get more niche relevant followers you can trade shoutouts with other niche relevant pages.

Thanks. I'm a little gun-shy about starting FL again. But might down the line with SUPER low settings (follow/unfollow around 80 accounts a day).

Takes a while to get back into the algorithm, had an account with xx,xxx amount of followers getting a minimum of 200-500 followers a day get shadow-banned i lost about 10-50 a day for 2 weeks or something than I started posting and started to get back up to 50 a day working my way back up to 200 a day it will probably take a solid 1-2 weeks of posting and being super interactive.

Be very selective with your content when posting to avoid shadow bans, music especially.

Thanks. I tend to be, normally. I think I need to be more interactive, especially with smaller accounts (I've been leaving comments on bigger ones, which has sometimes led to followers).

That's a good method, just don't put dumb comments that will lead you to get blocked by them as those accounts actively block people in the comments 24/7

Shout outs won’t do much. I had a celeb post me to his 200k followers. I saw no growth.

I literally say that the new shadow banned duration is BS it affects a lot! Before it was only 2 weeks but now I still not see my account recover.
You can make a mini giveaway to boost follower!

My shadowban was lifted about 6 weeks ago and I'm still losing followers--meaning lost about 100 during the past 2 months. I know part of it is doing better content (I post around 2 times a day and normally get likes and comments on my stuff) and part of it is just normal attrition--people either leaving or getting kicked off IG.

So, when I was shadowbanned, I cancelled FL. I'm thinking of buying it/starting again.

If I do it VERY slowly--like only have it follow/unfollow around 100 accounts a day will that get me banned again? I'm scared that because I was banned (and that ban lasted over a month) they might have some alert on my account and if there's a lot of new action it will trigger something.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
