First I’d probably hit Google for alternative. But from my past experience aliexpress actually has some really well priced print on demand products. If you message a seller and just ask them for details they would be more than happier to talk. More so using aliexpress you could then do almost ANYTHING mugs t-shirts Swim shorts Towel Clocks YOU NAME IT. They have a print on demand for it. That and I personally have a local person who does print on demand work that I would cross price against.

This will encourage new Patreon to join and cost you nothing.

CPA is a lot more simple than you think. You go to a website like clickbank or (mad dog I think it’s called? Forum help?) Sign up and look at the offer you want to push according to your niche. From there they give you a random URL that you push traffic through. When someone does whatever the CPA goal was (rather its buy or signing up for a thing) you get paid. Simple and clean. Amount is highly dependent on niche.
As per percentages and things of the % matter; that sounds more like a Drop shipping store situation. You can make those for a drop shipping store; or a direct deal with an existing store/brand.

I did a video of me over a year ago and till today only 1 view and that was me
I just went to clickbank and registered for a new account and they made me watch this 1 hour video about clickbank university 2.0 and it sounds really good (obviously it would), asking me only to sign up for $47 one time payment for all the training courses and a 30 day money back guarantee if at anytime I don't feel satisfied.....they basically said you could watch all the training videos and then just get a refund within 30 days (couldn't someone just screen record all the training videos and then say they were not satisfied with results and get moneyback so you get all the info for free?). I'm just wondering, I know I've heard of clickbank long time ago so they have been around for a long time and I'm sure they are not some scam or pyramid scheme....it's just, should I pay the $47? lol

You can of course. But if you claim the refund you are risking to get blacklisted on Clickbank and not be able to buy anything else. Maybe if you will have good reasoning it's not going to happen. But it's not something that you can do on regular basis.

Yes, was just asking hehe. Of course I'd invest the $47 for them. I think that's a rather excellent value for what they offer. It's just I'm not sure how much time I can invest in it right now. It's something I definitely want to try. I should probably look up more clickbank threads here and see what I can learn from the posts.
Thanks a lot. It's always nice to have some encouragement. I'll admit though, it's really slowed down to a halt ever since 4 of my last 5 videos got yellow dollar sign. It seems they will not allow me to monetize the videos in that way anymore (even though the older videos are still monetized). I had to alter the editing in order to not get the yellow sign, but my followers/fans have been expressing their dissatisfaction because I really tamed it down and they aren't happy about it haha.
No, although that and other gaming stuff is and always will be a huge niche for those more inclined to gaming. I used to be into gaming 10 years ago when I was doing maplestory....I had one of the highest ranked characters in the game, I uploaded over 30 videos of gameplay and just for fun stuff and became quite famous in some circles....but back then I didn't monetize nor did I even know about how to monetize. I only did it for fun and as a hobby. Looking back now, I probably could have cashed in big time if I turned my brand/character into a revenue generating plan. It's probably the closest thing I've ever experienced in my life to being a celebrity. It was at the point where I'd just walk around maps and noobs would notice me in the game and come up to me and shout, "OMG! I SAW YOU ON YOUTUBE!!!". I miss them days hehe.
The key to getting my fame in youtube with my maplestory characters was using a site called basilmarket. It was a forum/site/marketplace for maplestory players where they could sell items, rant, talk about the game, and of course share their videos. After I made a video and uploaded it, I would share it on basilmarket and due to the large audience there at the time, it would give my videos instant views in the thousands....the rest would take care of itself as my popularity grew.

Like 10 years ago youtube coudl not monetize gaming channel. You had to apply to machinma to monetize gaming but there was a problem!
50 % of revenue was taken by youtube and 45 % by machinma. SO YOU GOT TO KEEP ONLY 5 %

Ok so officially this experiment is OVER. My youtube pay cycle is supposed to be every 21st of the month. But I didn't get a payout on the 21st. Today on the 24th, I got a message why the channel was no longer eligible for monetization:
"Reused content
Repurposing someone else's content without adding significant original commentary or educational value"
They say I can re-apply in 30 days but doubtful I will even try because on a bigger issue, my main YT account also got demonetized
on the exact same time with the exact same reason as stated above.
Now my question is whether or not my MAIN youtube channel got de-monetized because of my experiment channel? They are not linked in YT but only by adsense (same adsense account, but different YT account, different login).
Does anyone know if it's possible my main yt channel got demonetized because of my experiment channel? Do they de-monetize all channels linked by the same adsense account? Or is it simply that they were just reviewing my channels/accounts at the same time and by coincidence both ended up de-monetized for the same reason but uniquely for their own reasons and not because they shared the same adsense. My main YT channel has been de-monetized in the past before but was re-instated 30 days later when I re-applied (this was before I started the experiment channel).
This will be important to know and learn for future purposes when I rebuild my accounts/channels if I have to start from scratch. I will attempt to re-apply for my main channel in 30 days as that is a normal channel, but this experiment channel, clearly I was just taking content from another person and re-editing it and making money off it which was good and lasted me nearly 5 months. It appears I have answered my own question on another thread.
The question was: even if all your videos are Green Dollar signs (meaning it has passed no copyright match and suitable for all advertisers) can you still get de-monetized for reused content? The answer appears to be yes. I thought reused content was only for copyright matched videos and if you had too many of those, they would cite you this reason. I didn't know that if all your videos were GREEN and good to go, that they could still penalize you for reused content. Then why didn't they just block the video in the first place? It seems odd that they will say, "yeah your videos is good" and make it green one day, and then another day decide it's not approved due to reused content.

It may have been the reason it got reviewed but I would think that it would've lost monetization because it didn't comply with YouTube's monetization policies. They do not typically demonetize all channels linked by the same Adsense account.
Reused content has nothing to do with YouTube's copyright system. I can go and take a random video that doesn't have content which will be detected and claimed via ContentID and post it to my channel, the video will be green and won't have any claims. But, on the backend YouTube knows that the video is a reupload from another channel and they may classify it as reused. If lots of your videos are reused, your entire channel can be demonetized. The system involved with detecting reused content isn't checking how much of your content has been claimed for copyright, it's just checking how much of your content has been taken from other videos on the platform and what kind of transformations you've made to the reused clips.
Agreed. Yes, upon further research, what you said is correct. I'm sure my channels weren't demonetized because my experiment channel did my main channel in. They were both de-monetized on their own merits.
I'm wondering why the check was done on my payday. It's like they intentionally wanted me to see how much money I was earning for the entire month and then instead of paying out on payday, they de-monetized and now all that month's earnings are gone and can't be reclaimed even if I re-apply and get accepted again. It would be good to have a status indicator or notice / warning of reused content because we really have no way of knowing unless there's a way that I don't know yet? After doing more research on reused content topic, basically it seems that if you do reuse and re-up content from somewhere else, you have to add enough value to it or edit it enough so that it's not seen as "lazy" (from what I heard from a lot of videos on this topic).
Yes, I'm wondering what I can still do with this channel and with the 17k subs. Put in affiliate links? Sell merch (dropship)? I still have a patreon on them, but haven't been getting much patrons.

As you know it was de-monetized a few months back for "reused content" after it was growing steadily
each month bringing in $300-$400. It was nice while it lasted (I knew it would only last anywhere from a few months to maybe 1-2 years if lucky).
But I still have the channel. A couple of the videos again went viral and after it was stagnant (seems to do this every so often....stagnant, then a massive spike in views, stagnant, then spike etc). As a result after stalling at 17K subs, it has now jumped up to 21K , 1.7 million views on most watched video and 1.1 million on the 2nd most watched.... other videos just trickling in around 4k-50k range until hopefully one or two of them go viral thanks to someone out there who might share it and has a big following themselves (I suspect that's how things go viral, when someone massive decides to share your video on their own channel/site/platform etc).
My Patreon has steadily been bringing in $30 a month...and just recently I got a new patron who pledged $22 alone! Wow. So even though it's small money and it's de-monetized, this patreon thing is working....I'm sending out monthly thank you gift to them to try and keep them as a patron each month.....I must say.... just keep mentioning to viewers/subscribers about patreon and slowly you might get a couple more each time.
