Hey, guys, I'm new around here. I just registered although I had been reading in the forum for several months without registering.

I have a problem, I bought 10 residencial proxies from a fuc*** company ago 10 days and half of those proxies are down, they have errors, they are very slow. The other half if work, but I've tried to talk to them and they ignore me. They have policies that don't give refunds. Is there any way to open and win a paypal dispute?


PD: I wasn't sure where to publish this, so I published it in this section that has similar themes but from many years ago.

The last 3 days, they read the messages (by chat). They say they're going to fix it, but they don't. I write to them and they leave me in seen, they answer hours later with the same.

If the seller is on BHW you can open a Shit List thread if you feel they have scammed you.

If you purchased through PayPal you can open a dispute with them if you feel they have scammed you.

I think the moment when I open the dispute, they will flagged the 5 proxies that work. Then I have to buy another 10 proxies (in another company) at the moment of opening the dispute,

It's completely random. I disputed 10x identical digital goods transactions, same claim info for each one (not as described), won 6, lost 4, different reason for outcome given each time.
