Hey,

I'm from Germany and found this board here during my research.

My problem is that I want to be anonymous on PayPal. So I created a Paypal account, verified it with a fake mobile phone number and received money.

If I want to send the money now, I get the error message that it is not possible at the moment and I should try it again later. Probably the PayPal algorithm has something against it.

I think I need to verify the account. Is there a way to use a fake credit card? Important: I don't want to withdraw money from the card. I only want to receive and forward money with the PayPal account.

Is there a solution?

Thanks for the quick answer. Then I have to have a look around here on the board. Are those US accounts or are there also some for the German PayPal?

the error message is usally a 21 day hold on money balance, that on new accounts , and normal.

if you had a verified bank accont attached you wouldnt get that notice.

it just paypal secuity.

So would you say that there is a high probability that you will be able to send the money forward after 21 days?
