How to check backlinks indexed or not..?
I have checked using online tools it's showing "indexed" ..but when I search Google it's showing nothing...

There are a lot of threads here on BHW answering this question for you, can you please use the 'search' box top right of your screen?

Also why not get familiar with more terms that way, by searching the forum instead of starting thin threads like this one.

Did you try simply searching on google for the URL?

Yes..I have tried small SEO tools and it's showing"indexed"
But when search in Google the link not found..

If you have lots of backlinks to check I would suggest using a tool like scrapebox. It has a google index checker.

In my opinion no one of all services working good of that. For checking index use only hands - copy and paste your url inside google search field. Only like that. Only.

Put this in google: site: "YOURSITENAME"

if Google finds this site, it's indexed
