Lost a 30K Active IG

Hey BHW Community.

3 Days ago when I tried to switch into my bussiness IG account it showed me that "your password has been changed" window and I was suprised WTF it logged me out and when i tried to login it said that I violetet the terms of instagram.

I did 1k fake followers a couple months back when I had only 5K followers and used like groups and posted a bit of nudity (hided the nipples) I guess all of these came together and striked my account.

Now I started a new IG and im trying not to publish "nudity" and I WILL NOT USE LIKE GROUPS or FAKE FOLLOWERS/LIKES anymore!
So becareful yall I lost a 29k page because of stupidity

Try to restore it,
I had some acc banned for nudity and you just need to fill a form and they will ask you to write the username on a paper abd send a screenshot , the process might take time but its worth it and cost you nothing

Instagram doesn't ban you for fake followers or fake likes or engagement groups..
Instagram becomes more and more family friendly, they suspending accounts with nudity and block them directly!
I know that problem. I lost a bigger account with over 250,000 followers with a " girls " account. No chance get back..
no naked.. only sexy girls with posing...

forget just nudity postings and post families friendly content that does not violate policies or be offensive.

Yeah they send me an email where I should write down on a piece of a paper a code that they send me + @username of ig + my real name and surname and do a selfie picture with my face and me holding the papper with two hands...
wtf! so i just wrote down the code and the @username and send it to them that's all.
I won't send them my real name and a picture of me holding that piece of papper.

You can try to report the account as hacked, you should be able to recover it if you have access to the original email.

That is because you submitted a request and Identify your account as business profile instead of personal. Always choose personal, regardless of your account being a business page, regardless of your account not having any pictures of person, regardless of the account not having a person's name.
Please read this thread (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/how-to-unban-instagram.1130689/) and rely on my responses there, I put all the details there on how I always be able to unban accounts using photoshop photos.

But the account doesn't exist anymore.
There no profile no trace of @username how can I report it?
