A Question Regarding Spending Limits

I have a Facebook account that I am putting ads through,
And the Limit is not increasing. I can only deposit 40 € a day.

1) How long it takes for Facebook to increase the limit?

2) What can I do to enhance the process?

Make multiple successful payments on time, and do not violate their policy ( so don't get ad disapproved)
Or you could verify your business, if you have a legit business.
