So i have this limited paypal account for more than 210 days since the restriction and i absolutely have no idea to free that money since the only way to do so is to link a usa bank account, and i'm far away from living in the usa. Does anyone have any ideas for me? i'm open to all advices.

If you live in EU then there are some services that do offer US account like transferwise and other..

Maybe you need to find someone trustworthy with US bank and negotiate a fee.

I got 2K€ blocked on a HK paypal account one day and they required to link a HK bank account. Of course, I did not have one.
I tried everything (emails, calls, documents, etc.), but even sub bank services or assimilated services were not accepted by PayPal.

I am afraid you will need US banks.

I am very sorry for what has happened. This is very common in PayPal. I have seen people lose exorbitant amounts for which I would cry a whole day if I lost them. PayPal is like that, a good means by which when working you can get a good efficiency and a great interface. But despite being sometimes verified, no one is saved from these limitations without meaning or without reason. I personally have received these blockages more than once and I assure you that it was not for stealing or things like that. The times I've locked has been legally and still. They are not able to return the money.

There are two apps that offer HK account just not worldwide.. And apparenrly they work with PP (check gplay).

Yes I saw it some months ago but its too late for me as my HK company is dead and I will need to show too many documents that HK banks can check with the administration..
