It’s certainly not white-hat, but it’s still a working seo technique. My advice is just to think quality over quantity and try slowly building sites that you can be proud of.

Ongoing cost of maintaining a pbn properly are not cheap so you need to build a network that’s good enough to be worth the maintenance efforts.

White hat SEO is all about attracting backlinks NOT building them.

White hat SEO focuses on KEYWORD RESEARCH and CONTENT instead of LINKS
