Thank you so much for the orientation....I just wanted to say that I feel like (at this point) I have to come up with responses & reply to posts just so I can climb the ladder?.. And I have no problem doing that...I'm the first to put my hand up at being able to post "bull shit" but it seems fake...? I can see posts in forums that appear to be there for that reason only..in fact some posts don't make any linguistical sense & I speak a few including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, English, Maori, Hindi, Punjabi, Russian & Latin. So now what? Generate post and stick around....ok cool! :-D

This is by far the best Welcome Message I've seen/read online. It doesn't only welcome the new members but it also provides a very well-crafted and well-structured beginner's guide on how to use the site.
