Anyway... with a bit more coding you could of only shown the ad to every 3rd, or 10th visitor to reduce the high CTR, and force clicks in a more natural way.

I used to do it with adsense. I would use an exit intent redirect on my websites to the "offer/video" page to drive clicks, not social media, but got too many bans so went legit.
