I am trying to rank a generator on google. I've tried to send traffic but it doesn't.
The question here is: How do you rank Black Hat Niches on Google?

Depends on your budget, and resources.
For game hack niches, I suspect it wouldn't take many links from PBN links to rank #1 unless you're targeting ultra competitive keywords and niches like Clash of clan and Fortnite.

There's no big difference between a blackhat niche and a whitehat niche.
You check the competition and build links and content to outrank them,
the only difference here is that Google can deindexe your website if you got reported for DMCA or something similar.

it depends on how strong your competitor is but you basically just need links.

You don't need PBN links to rank but it helps. The same way people say all you need is good content to rank which obviously isn't the case all the time. It's always good to diversify.

I don't have any PBN network. My choices are between creating a PBN network ( it would take a LOT of time but in the end, who knows how worth it would be?) or buying SEO services.
Since I'm not interesting in spending my cash randomly I might choose to create a PBN network, because seo services are shady.
