Thanks, it's not about deleting the card, few companies have the decency of lettin you delete your card without storing it.
My issue is with the secure.arcot.com website which requested for my details.

Can anyone please confirm if the promotion is still available? I'm from the EU and I also tried with a VPN from Germany but it always seems to say for the 2 domains 12.00 Euro each, and then when I get to the cart it changes to 13.50 and amounts to 27 euro lmao.

Promotion still available and still works. How do I got it another 6 domains today without having trouble with the verification (thing that I bumped in):
1. Used a VCC from me.
2. Created Amazon AWS account and got a VPS machine.
3. On VPS I attached an Elastic IP to stick then logged into it.
4. Took the two domains with the same VCC - wait for the email to come to verify that is indeed my email address.
5. Changed DNS and I am good to go.

Depends. Many banks outside UK like Raiffeissen and ING are best.

depends on each country ... I can't give you a format if I don't have country. Search on google after SSN from the country you try to create the account.

Update: I just created and took another 2 .com like this - is safer and everything is seems more legit:
1. Buy a 1EUR domain random a .eu or whatever extension you need.
2. Add your 2 .com you want it free.
3. Pay for it - in my case 1.19EUR with VAT included.
4. Enjoy your 3 domains free + another bonus of 4 .site for free on your account.

Each account created = 4 domains free = 2 .pt extensions and 2 .com extension for free.

But I did it with multiple accounts as explained above.
