Does anyone know how to create new accounts on Instagram?

It`s impossible to not work, you do something wrong.
Create acc > go airplane mode > clean every track > open 4g > download again IG app > repeat.

Create IG with your phone number. Always work for me. If you create IG with email, it may not work.

There is more behind this than 4g and different user agent. This method still works. If it was not I would not be able to create thousands of accs

But don't they also go by your device ID? I thought you can only create 5-7 per device?
