Hello, i want to try youtube ads to bring views and subscribers to a channel. I’m skeptical with the fact that im not sure how many views or clicks i will get compared to what i will spend.. My concern is views, any 3rd party site you know that provides best service at cheap price i need to start with like 20$. Any help or advice is appreciated.

I invest about $800/year on each of my channels with SMM services. If you don't know any of the source providers then you will probably waste about $200 getting the right service providers. It's all trial and error until you know what you are doing.
Not many of the real providers will let you buy their services with only $20 so you'll be paying a 20% mark up regardless.
