Even when you find the influencers, having done this in the past for the restaurant. They were wanting silly prices for shout outs, even micro influencers, as they know many high end restaurants/hotels are willing to pay these prices. My client was able to stretch a budget for a couple of influencers and it did work. However, he was super tight and was not willing to invest a whole lot more. Even though the tactic clearly worked.

somewhere in south east asia country. the problem is i doubt it can scrap to that extent. i did have Phlanx account but it cannot make it work like that. i have to find some way to scrap those account follower ranged from 3000 above and located in certain area.
