Creating an ebook and monetizing it

I'm writing en ebook right now, I have already written a good amount of content, but I'm still working on it. I'm trully believe that this content is really valuable so my plan is to start selling this ebook. The main problem is that I have never done this before, so I have some questions and I'm really hope that someone will help me.
First of all maybe someone can suggest the best software to create an ebook? (I'm not planning to sell on Amazon)
Sorry if the next question sounds stupid but I'm not really familiar with affiliate marketing and I want to know or it's possible to make my ebook like affiliate product, I mean, or it's possible to make an affiliate link for my ebook and give this link to others who can promote my book and get for example 40% of the profit. If it's possible how should I set up everything?
+ maybe someone can give some tips about creating en ebook and monetizing it

Everything is posibble. You should make own affilate page or find someone who will made it with affilate manager (can be done simply with wordpress plugins). Than You allow users to register as affilates and set profit for selling. You can also promote Your ebook on social media or any other source. About program to ebook i don't have experiance but I think You should make some steps to secure it just a bit maybe make some watermarks maybe sn generators to follow each buy etc.

As far as creating it, you can use Canva or Crello.

2 types of people make a killing selling ebooks.
1. Those who are already well known in the niche. They've built their authority over years. Easier to find buyers.
2. Second type are the ones who can write a kickass sales copy. Convincing people that there's a ton of value in that book. Masters in driving traffic.

Some people play it blind and they may or may not make it.

I'm planning to promote this ebook right away when I finish it. Of course that I want to get profit, but it's my first IM project, so the most important thing for me now is the learning process. Right now I'm learning how to set up everything right and after that I will learn how to promote it. I'm planning to learn SEO, Facebook ads, Clickbank etc.

After I finish my ebook, I'm planning to create a page by Wordpress, where I will post some articles and where I will sell my ebook. So if I understood right, this page could be my affiliate page which you have mentioned?
