How to get a d0-follow backlink from Reddit sidebar ??

Hello all,
I have owned a 3 years old Reddit account with 10K+ karma. Recently (about 2 weeks ago) I have created my very first own sub-reddit. It has 50 (and growing) subscribers. Every post is get around 5-10 upvotes (and growing).
Recently I have noticed that many sub-reddits put a clickable website link to their sidebar and even their description (contextual). When checked I found that all those backlinks are d0-follow.
Now my question is, how to get that type of links, i.e in description and sidebar..??
I have tried to put my site name in description and sidebar (using text widget). But what I found that the link is not clickable.
If any experienced Redditor helps me with this or direct me to an appropriate post containing information, I'll highly grateful to him.
Please share your knowledge guys.

I'm a moderator of multiple subreddits. Try https://old.reddit.com/r/XXXXXX/about/edit/ and search for sidebar. Of course, replace XXXX with the name of your subreddit. Make sure you use the correct formatting to display url! Example
