Hello, friends! I want to try to make money on affiliate programs. Facebook does not miss affiliate programs to advertise on their site. Tell me where to get traffic?

Two simple ways

With no money, only your time:
Build website. make SEO. Good work comparison sites/pages for affiliation.

With money and your time:
buy traffic from services like trafficjunky and optimise it by tracking system or TDS like keytaro

before some years advertising was allowed in all sites. those who profit today are people... who advertise when is allowed. and now are ok
today all holes are closed big sites are more clever and dont allow you to profit from them.

Wrong. Twitter is a huge site that lets you spam almost unlimited with your affiliate links. Sometimes you get a soft ban where your posts wont show good for a few days, but it's rare to get a full ban. Just make some different posts every time and include your different affiliate links. Then you can check analytics and see if they are showing impressions or not and try to copy which posts are doing the best (most impressions and most clicks).

So OP, you should make a Twitter account, follow people every day which you think may be interested in your offer. Leave nice comments on their posts. If someone says "I broke my computer!" You say "No problem you can buy a new computer here XXX affiliate link." Free traffic. It's fast? No. It's free? Yes. It's good for learning? Yes.

Usually I do that with traditional search engine optimisation and something like for example display advertisitng networks and something like e-mail marketing..... with a bit of free social posts, why not ? Yes, PPC on Adwords and Facebook are hard for affiliate, do Bing too.
