By fake account, you mean...using fake names, address etc because my PayPal is with my original details. Secondly, I just checked ebook sales on eBay and I saw most top sellers do free international shipping meaning they sell hard copy books probably, is there really a good market for downloadable pdfs?

you will send pdf link into ebay msges only so free shipping and you will send automatically by using automater*pl for example and you will get good feedback and good money and finally you will get banned but after making some good profit

How do you post something on eBay. And be able to sell an unlimited amount of that item (for dropshipping). I tried to post something and it was acting like I could only sell the product once and I couldn’t add any colour choices, sizes, etc.

Ironically eBay itself can be a good source for wholesale lots. Simply search your item + "lot" and see what comes up. Often times other businesses are trying to offload huge quantities of things on auction or Buy it Now/Best Offer listings. I have done this successfully for resale back on eBay, and have made relationships with the sellers for more of their wholesale lots.

So one of my buyers asked for a refund because the product was not delivered. Then ebay deducted the amount from my PayPal account and on eBay it shows the buyer is refunded. But the amount is debited in my invoice which I already paid through PayPal. So do I have to pay again?
