This action is blocked

Hi I have used a bot for two days and it did about 200 follows during those two days before i changed my mind and decided to do it myself. I tried to follow my facebook friends (it’s a personal account and i’ve Got around a 1600 friends on fb) But it said this action was blocked. Now I can sometimes follow maybe five people and then it gives the message again. What is the best approach for me rn?

I want to go and do everything manual but it’s really frustrating and i’m A little scared for a final ban.
