I have a few domains that I have invested in over the year and I would like to know what is the best domain valuation site. I have noticed that most of the sites will give you a high value that would be impossible to get if I sold the domain. What site gives you the best valuation without actually selling the domain?

Namepros forum and Reddit (r/domains) have such free service (other members evaluate your domains). Apart of that no automatic valuation is worth anything.
